Tonight, 8.00pm on PBS (US TV) is Nova’s Judgment Day - a two hour montage of interviews and reconstructions of the Kitzmiller vs Dover case from 2005. (Wow – was that really two years ago? Time flies.) The documentary apparently features all the main players except (inexplicably) Michael Behe. Or perhaps not so inexplicably. Remember, the Dover case was where Behe got to admit that Intelligent Design was a science just like astrology. I would want to forget that too if I were Behe.
Looks like an interesting program, anyway.

I saw the show tonight and it was great. I especially enjoyed the moment when they showed that the ID book was originally a "Creation Science" book, with the words "Creation" badly edited and replaced with ID, leaving the "Cr" at the beginning, and thus serving as "a transitional form" in the evolution of the book.

Great program, thanks for the recommendation. Just as clarification, Behe was depicted extensively in the courtroom recreation (including his astrology=science gaff). Nova made it a point to mention that they made several efforts to have Behe be a part of the program, but all of their requests were declined.
Definitely a good watch, and the science was explained well enough for a neophyte like myself to undertand the science of evolution and the easily debunked arguments of the ID set.

Gosh, I missed it! I love NOVA. I've seen the first 4/7 episodes on evolution in the series: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/evolution

What a great program! It exposed these ID people for what they are:
Christians wanting to turn back the clock!

I loved the show. Have watched it twice now. As a thirty-year resident of Memphis,I'm mortified by this hoo hah:

have you guys seen what the POPE said? http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19956961/
Sick burn. "guys science has a lot of answers and will help you; but it cannot answer the question: why?" essentially. as in the original why. But he's saying leave the evolutionists alone, they're right.
Man that pope is a smart gentleman.
